He brings to the firm his rich experience in managing international mortgages covering 5 (five) vessels registered in Panama, Belize and the Liberia International Shipping & Corporate Registry, New York. These Vessels cover local credit obligations in excess of $USD 100M within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Founder/Principal Consultant has also over the years visited and worked with officials at these international registries and has therefore developed strong relationships upon which the firm may leverage to deliver unsurpassed quality service within the shortest possible time frame.
For International Mortgage and Trust mandates, the firm works in alliance with law firms in Panama, Belize, Liberia and St.Vincent and the Grenadines, whose principals (inter-alia include) a PHD holder in Maritime law, a former judge of the Maritime Court of Panama and a renowned jurist in the Panama maritime circles and a former Deputy Prime Minister, respectively.
